ABU DHABI CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY

Abu Dhabi Co-operative Society (ADCOOP) has transformed the retail industry in UAE by consistently delivering value and quality to all its stakeholders. The Co-op Society was established under the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Decree No. 21/1 of 1980. We are registered in the records of the Co-operative Department at the Ministry under the name Abu Dhabi Co-operative Society in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The registration is in accordance with Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 as amended by Federal Law No. 13 of 1976 under Commercial Registration No. 8815.

As a pioneer of UAE’s retail industry, ADCOOPs journey started with four stores in Abu Dhabi. Over time our business flourished across the UAE with a loyal customer base. We have always put customer convenience and sustainable business practices at the top of our list.

TOWARDS A BRIGHTER FUTURE

ADCOOP has diversified its portfolio through its real estate division. At present, we successfully operate retail brands, including CO-OP, SPAR, and Mega Mart, at all our retail shopping outlets. We have a comprehensive network of over 45 hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience stores, and seven shopping malls across the UAE.

ADCOOP has redefined everyday shopping by offering a state-of-the-art retail shopping experience. We strive towards achieving progressive goals while keeping modesty, sincerity, and love at the heart of everything we do. Each retail outlet owned or managed by ADCOOP is laid carefully to offer a hygienic, family-friendly, and entertaining environment. The objective of ADCOOP remains to set forth higher standards of quality and commitment in UAE’s retail and real estate industry.
