RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

ADCOOPS protects the rights of the customers to return and exchange products. If it fails to meet the specifications mentioned on the products or an apparent defect is being observed and it is not the result of misuse.

For returning and exchanging products, please follow the below ADCOOPS Policy:

ORIGINAL PACKAGING PRODUCTS

ADCOOPS will accept products that are returned in pristine condition and in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Please keep the complete box and original packing of the products.

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS

ADCOOPS ensures that Customers can get a replacement for the defective or damaged items at ADCOOPS by simply following our guidelines and our staff will certainly walk through the policy process.

PRODUCTS YOU CANNOT RETURN

For safety reasons, ADCOOPS cannot accept returns on the following;

Opened Products

Perishable Goods (e.g. Frozen and Fresh Products)

Personal Care and Hygiene (e.g. perfume, makeup, oil, lotions, creams, shavers, epilators, trimmers, clippers, etc.)

Health and Baby Items

Stationery and School Supplies

Intimate apparel and undergarments (e.g. underwear, swimwear, washed linens, worn clothing, etc.)

Mobile phone, laptop, computer, mp3 and mp4 players, printers, cartridges, game consoles (PSP, PS2, PS3, PS4, PS5), CDs, watches, not covered of warranty (e.g. exposed to liquid damage / physical damage) and no warranty battery or charger, and gift cards or gift vouchers.

Items damage by the customer.

All items that are susceptible to duplications and replications will not be accepted (e.g. computer software, other electronic hardware, etc.), however, if the replicable hardware or software is found defective, it will be exchanged with the same title.

PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS RESTRICTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLIED TO THE ABOVE POLICIES

  • The product must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase with exceptions in the case of products with warranties or products with specific return guidelines.
  • The product must be returned to the Branch from where it was purchased with the original Invoice.
  • The product should be accompanied with original packaging in sellable condition.
  • Return and Exchange of the product are subject to the original amount or the cost of the item stated on the referenced invoice.

ADCOOPS management has the right to refuse the exchange of the returned product that are not matching the above conditions and policies.
