What are the denominations available for the Hadiyati gift card?
The Hadiyati cards are available in the following values: 25, 50, 100, 200, and 500 Dirhams.
Where/How can I purchase the gift card?
You can get your Hadiyati Gift Card at the cashier counters of any ADCOOPS branch.
Does the gift card need to be activated first or can it be used right away?
No activation is required. You can use Hadiyati Gift Card right away upon purchase
Can I pay for the gift card by credit card?
Hadiyati gift cards can be purchased with cash or card
What is the validity of the gift card?
Hadiyati Gift Card is valid 1 year from the date of purchase
Does the gift card need to be used all at once or can be used multiple times?
Hadiyati Gift card is non-reloadable but can be redeemed/used multiple times.
How can I check the balance of the gift card?
You can check the balance at the check-out at any participatring store
Where can I use the gift card?
You can use the Hadiyati Gift Card in over 30 branches of ADCOOPS, SPAR and Megamart
What happens to unused balance once the card is expired?
Once expired, the value on the card will become zero.
Can I make a partial payment with a gift card and then pay any extra amount with another method of payment?
Yes.
What if I return an item? Will I be refunded in cash, or the refund goes back to the card?
No cash refunds are available with Hadiyati cards.
What can I do if the gift card is stolen?
Unfortunately, If the gift card was stolen or damaged. No refunds or replacements are possible.
