ABU DHABI CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY

Abu Dhabi Cooperative Society (ADCOOP) has transformed the retail industry in UAE by consistently delivering value and quality to all its stakeholders. The Coop Society was established under the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Decree No. 21/1 of 1980. We are registered in the records of the Cooperative Department at the Ministry under the name Abu Dhabi Cooperative Society in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The registration is in accordance with Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 as amended by Federal Law No. 13 of 1976.

As a pioneer of UAE’s retail industry, The Abu Dhabi Cooperative Society’s journey started with four stores in Abu Dhabi. Over time our business flourished across the UAE with a loyal customer base. We have always put customer convenience and sustainable business practices at the top of our list.

TOWARDS A BRIGHTER FUTURE

The Abu Dhabi Cooperative Society has diversified its portfolio through its real estate division. At present, we successfully operate retail brands, including COOP, SPAR, and Mega Mart, at all our retail shopping outlets. We have a comprehensive network of over 45 hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience stores, and seven shopping malls across the UAE.

Abu Dhabi Cooperative Society aims to enhance everyday shopping by offering a state-of-the-art retail experience. We strive towards achieving progressive goals while keeping modesty, sincerity, and love at the heart of everything we do. Each retail outlet owned or managed by Abu Dhabi Cooperative Society is laid carefully to offer a hygienic, family-friendly, and entertaining environment. The objective of the society remains to set forth higher standards of quality and commitment in the UAE’s retail and real estate industry.
